I am managing a portfolio of projects, focusing on applied research in the field of advanced materials. The project portfolio includes applied research projects funded by industrial customers or by the Italian Government. I am responsible for the initiation, definition, execution and reporting of such projects. I guide the project teams, help to define customer contracts with budget calculations, and maintain good customer relations during and after the projects.
